What is N2P Fitness?
Kat is a lifelong athlete whose love for movement began with running at a young age and continues to shape everything she does. During college, her passion for fitness expanded into cycling, eventually leading her to take on her first triathlon, an experience that deepened her appreciation for endurance and challenge. Through her multi-sport journey, Kat discovered the power of functional movement, which inspired the creation of Negative2Positive Fitness. Today, she is grateful to do what she loves, embracing new challenges and building meaningful connections with others who share her energy, curiosity, and passion for an active life.
